My name is Lily Saxon and I’m a level 3 qualified personal trainer as well as a national-level athlete with a lifelong passion for performance, fitness, and pushing limits. With years of experience training and competing at a high level, I know what it takes to chase big goals and more importantly, how to build the foundation to get there.

Through my online performance coaching, I strive to help athletes, gym-goers, and ambitious beginners level up their training with personalised gym programs and one-on-one coaching.
